Sleep is just as important to your physical and emotional health as it was when you were younger. Why cant you get back up, is it because your not strong enough to push yourself up or mobilise yourself to a sturdy surface for support,  or you have knee replacements for eg, , think about some prevention measures,  like would you be able to summon for help if you were to land on the floor un expectantly could someone or emergency services be able to reach you? have all your concerns answered and a plan in place, better to be prepared and never need to use a plan, than to need a plan and don’t have one!

Remember our families love us very much even if we always agree or not and they may see things or have concerns that they may find difficult to talk to you about and they may notice a change in your behaviour, appearance in weight or mood swings that we may not, So its good to have good communication between each other when one person is poorly in the family it involves the whole family in the journey back to good health, Listen and support each other if One of you say lets get you checked out, put your and others mind at rest and get checked out, you’ll be glad in the long run no matter how significant or not you think your complaint is “Get it checked out”
