“Ready n Steady” is a 6 week Fall Prevention exercise program especially designed to help support older adults on their journey to improve their Mobility, Strength and Balance.
In this course participants will receive 4 videos to keep and practice along too. In the videos you will improve your circulation, flexibility, and increase muscle tone & strengthen your bones.
You will also Sit2Stand and walk more confidently.
You will be supported doing this in your weekly live, online group exercise session with Leigh, who has especially tailor made these sessions for those who have been struggling with their mobility and whom have concerns over falling. Over the 6 weeks you will learn how to:
- Stand & sit safely in and out of your chair
- Get down and back up off the floor
- Walk forward and backwards confidently
- Increase core strength
- Increase muscle tone
- Increase bone density
- Improve balance
